Hi, I’m Rachel Epstein!

I’m a writer, editor, and content strategist based in New York City who has over a decade of experience producing impactful stories that inspire, inform, and engage audiences across platforms. Currently, I’m the deputy editor at Men’s Health, where I oversee the content across MensHealth.com, edit long-form features and service packages, and work alongside my team to develop and execute the brand’s editorial strategy.

In 2023, I edited a special report on the dangers of America’s sports-betting boom, which received a National Magazine Award nomination in the Service category. The following year, my work was a finalist in the same category for a series of stories on how men’s perception around weight and weight-loss has changed in the Ozempic era.
